Many restaurants in Connecticut won’t be able to return to 100 percent capacity despite new COVID-19 rules

Tables at Center Perk were sat to capacity Wednesday morning, June 17, 2020, in Manchester. The cafe can seat folks at four tables, which allows up to around 17 people maximum. Center Perk opened on Wednesday to indoor table service for the first time since mid-March, as part of Connecticut’s phase two of the reopening plan that allows indoor dining at a fifty percent capacity.
