Hartford police: Snapchat sneaker deal goes bad in North End, officers make arrests, seize guns

Hartford has had several robberies in recent years of people meeting to complete online transactions, one of which was fatal. Rashad Moon was sentenced to 49 years in prison for felony murder and robbery, and after a trial, Marvin Matthis was acquitted by reason of mental disease and committed to Whiting Forensic for 80 years.
