Raised cups and rake-less bunkers: Connecticut golfers and courses adjust to the coronavirus crisis

Timberlin announced many of those changes via email and social media last week. Additionally, the course vowed that tee times would be separated by 12 minutes to help with social distancing. And each player would get his or her own golf cart, in which seats, steering wheels, sand boxes, bag straps, cup holders and gear shifts would be continually cleaned and sanitized.
